Pre-Delivery Checklist for Shipping Containers
Accessibility
- Ensure the delivery site is easily accessible for large trucks or delivery vehicles.
Space Clearance
- Verify there's enough space for the container and the delivery vehicle. Typically, you need twice the length of the container.
Ground Level
- Ensure the ground is level and firm to prevent the container from tilting or sinking.
Overhead Clearance
- Check for low-hanging wires, branches, or structures that might obstruct delivery.

Self-Pick-up: 2-3 Business Days
Delivery by Containers X: 4-7 Business Days

The Trucks are Big and We Need Plenty of Space to Deliver a Shipping Container
We need 80โฒft of additional space in order to deliver a 40โฒ shipping container (120โฒ of total space), plus room for the truck to manoeuvre. Please make sure youโve got space for delivery.
There are a few things to consider before you order a container, the most important is to be ready for delivery. We deliver containers on a roll-off trailer, so you wonโt need a forklift or a crane to unload at delivery, but youโll need to make sure youโve got enough space for delivery and that your site is ready for the truck.
